Christmas Blessings!

"And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh."

~   Matthew 2:11

"And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."

~  John 1:14

All Hail! Lord, we greet Thee,
Born this happy morning,
O Jesus! for evermore be Thy name adored.
Word of the Father, now in flesh appearing;
O come, let us adore Him,
O come, let us adore Him,
O come, let us adore Him,
Christ the Lord.

~ O Come All Ye Faithful

Silent night, holy night!
All is calm, all is bright.
Round yon Virgin, Mother and Child.
Holy infant so tender and mild,
Sleep in heavenly peace,
Sleep in heavenly peace

Silent night, holy night!
Shepherds quake at the sight.
Glories stream from heaven afar
Heavenly hosts sing Alleluia,
Christ the Savior is born!
Christ the Savior is born

Silent night, holy night!
Son of God love's pure light.
Radiant beams from Thy holy face
With dawn of redeeming grace,
Jesus Lord, at Thy birth
Jesus Lord, at Thy birth

Christmas blessings to you in the name of our precious Lord Jesus, dearest readers!

Hello Kelly-Anne,
Thank you for visiting and following us at Red Rose Alley. You have such a lovely blog with so many interesting and wonderful things to share. I was reading a little about you, and I love all the things you mentioned... countryside, pretty tea cups, hand written letters, and I'm somewhat an old-fashioned girl myself. You have my very favorite Christmas song on here, Silent Night, and I just watched the movie 'Silent Night' this season. I thought it was a beautiful story. I hope the new year is a bright one for you, and now I'm following you as well. :)
